Time, and what that time lets you do. Ten minutes suits one focused question. Thirty gives you room to go through a whole situation, come back to things, and ask what you did not know to ask at the start.

No. This is a live spoken phone call. Nothing is sent afterwards in writing.

Canada and the USA only. The hotline is a North American number and we cannot take calls from outside those two countries.
