Your First Reading With Me: One Question, Answered Within the Hour

If you have never had a reading from me, this is where to start. You send me one question, the one you cannot put down, and I read it myself and write you an honest answer in plain words. It lands in your inbox within the hour. The first-reading question is US$15, it is for new clients only, and it is one per person.

I am Chaya, a fourth-generation Roma psychic medium. I have written tens of thousands of readings by email, and most of the people who come to me now came first with a single question they were turning over at night. That is what this is for. You do not need to know how readings work, you do not need to believe anything in particular, and you do not need to tell me your whole life. You need one question and the name of the person it is about, if there is one.

What you get

One written answer to one question, from me, not from a card spread or a script. I sit with your name, your date of birth and your question, I read what comes, and I write it down as it comes. Where there is a name or a timeframe, I give it. Where something feels symbolic rather than literal, I say so, so you know how to hold it. The answer is usually three or four paragraphs. It is long enough to tell you what I see and why, and short enough that you can read it twice on your phone.

It is not a yes or no in one line. If your question is "are they coming back", the honest answer is almost never a single word, and you would not trust it if it were. I will tell you what I see about them, about the two of you, and about the next stretch of time, and I will tell you the bit you did not ask about if it matters.

Within the hour, and what that means

I read these in the order they arrive, and a first-reading question goes to the front of my table. During my reading hours, 8am to 10pm UK time, your answer is in your inbox within sixty minutes of your order. If you order outside those hours, it is the first thing I read when I sit down. The email comes from my own address, so check the promotions or spam folder if it is not in your inbox when you expect it.

You will get an order confirmation straight after you pay. That is not the reading. The reading is a second email, from me, with your name in the subject line.

What to send me

Four things: your full name, your date of birth, your one question, and the name of anyone the question is about and who they are to you. That is all. You type them into the box on the product page before you pay, so there is nothing to remember afterwards.

Make the question the real one. "Is he thinking about me" and "is he coming back" are different questions with different answers, and I can only read the one you ask. If you cannot choose, write the one that would change what you do next. Who this is for

New clients only, and one per person. The price is low because it is the first time, and because I would rather you found out what a reading from me is like for US$15 than wondered. If you have ordered from me before on this site, on Etsy, or by email, this one is not for you; please choose the standard Psychic Question Reading instead and I will see you there. If you order it anyway, I will still read it; I would just rather you had the right reading for where you are.

Most people bring a love question. They are asking about a person who has gone quiet, a relationship that is stuck, or someone they cannot stop thinking about and cannot ask. Work, money, a move, a decision that has sat too long, a worry about a family member: all of those are welcome too. The only questions I do not take are medical diagnoses and anything about a child's future, and I will refund rather than guess at those.

How I read

I read for you, not at you. I use your name and date of birth to tune in, I hold the question, and I write what I get in the order it comes. I do not use a deck for these and I do not use a template. If I pick up something you did not ask about, I will tell you, briefly, because in my experience that is usually the part that turns out to matter. If I pick up nothing on a question, I say that too, and I refund it. It has happened a handful of times in all the years I have done this, and I would rather say so than fill a page.

I do not soften bad news into vagueness, and I do not tell you what you want to hear. People say that is why they come back. You can read what they say on the reviews page, which carries my Etsy rating and the words of people who started exactly where you are now.

What happens after

Nothing, unless you want it to. You will not be put on a list by buying a reading; you only hear from me again if you ask to. If something in your answer is unclear, reply to the email within seven days and I will clarify it for nothing. If the reading is wrong for you, tell me and I will put it right or refund it.

Both are written the same way, by me, in the same plain words. You will find them in the shop after your first answer arrives, and there is no hurry.

Before you order

Two honest things. First, a reading is for personal insight. I will tell you what I see as clearly as I can, and what you do with it is yours. I cannot promise an outcome, and anyone who does is selling you something else. Second, a same-hour promise means I keep my hours. If you order at 3am UK time, the answer comes at 8am, not 4am, and the product page says so.
