2. Your six digit PIN and the private WhatsApp number are on the next screen after payment, and in your email.
3. Message that number with your PIN and your question. The reader on duty picks it up and asks for your first name and date of birth.
4. Talk it through. When your time is up, the conversation stays in your WhatsApp history to read again.

That is the whole process. There is no app to install beyond WhatsApp and no account to create on this site.
