When you complete a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment information on our behalf. We never see or store full card numbers. We also collect basic technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, used for site analytics and security only.
We use the information you provide solely to deliver the reading or ritual you have booked, to respond to your messages, to process your payment, to send you order confirmations and follow-ups, and, only if you have opted in, to send occasional email updates.
We share the minimum amount of data necessary with service providers who help us run this site: Stripe for payments, our email provider, our hosting provider, and our analytics tool. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never share the content of your readings with anyone.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Canada, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to request a portable copy of your data. Email us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
