We begin work on your reading only after payment is received and intake is complete. Most readings are delivered within 48 hours of intake completion, though complex readings and rituals may take longer, as shown on each product page.
Because every reading and ritual is a custom, hand-crafted service, all sales are final once work has begun. If you change your mind before we start on your reading, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
