Chaya reaches out along your ancestral line through your name and date of birth and writes what comes through: the sense of who walks with you, the ones who step forward, their character and what they carry, and any messages they have for you now. The second part is the work guidance: how to honour them in a way that fits the people they were, what to set out and when, how to speak to them, and what to leave alone. The guidance is written to be practical rather than theoretical.
Ancestor contact is mediumship, and a connection cannot be forced or promised. What comes through may be symbolic, a feeling or a presence rather than a name and a date, and Chaya will not invent a lineage to fill a gap. This is not genealogy and cannot verify family history, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal or psychological help.

What if my loved one doesn't come through?
No particular spirit or message can be promised. Mediumship may be symbolic, sensory, or emotional rather than a direct conversation. If Chaya cannot make a clear connection, she will say so.
How soon after someone passes can I get a reading?
You can order when you feel ready. If the loss is very recent, you may receive a reading that is more emotional or symbolic than direct, and that is something to consider before booking.
Do I need to provide a photo of my loved one?
Only send what the product page asks for. If it does not request a photo, you do not need to provide one.
