As a detailed written message to the email address you use at checkout, the same day you order. Orders placed during reading hours, 8am to 10pm UK, are usually answered within a few hours. An order placed overnight is picked up first thing.
How many questions can I ask?
As many as the situation needs. There is no cap. Put the whole thing down, who is involved and what you need to know, and Chaya reads it as one piece rather than answering a list.
Is it really the same day?
Yes. This reading is written and sent on the day it is ordered during reading hours. If you order late in the evening it is the first thing answered the next morning.
What do I need to provide?
Your full name, your date of birth, and everything you want read. Names and dates of birth for other people involved help if you have them.
What if something in the reading is unclear?
Reply within seven days and Chaya will clarify at no charge.
