It runs about five to six minutes, which is long enough to be a real reading and short enough to sit and listen to properly rather than skim. Keep it on your phone and come back to it, the way you would a voicemail from someone you trust. This is spoken, not written, so you get the pauses and the emphasis as well as the words.
