Cancer Sun, Aries Moon and Capricorn Rising brings together three questions: what do I want, how do I handle my feelings, and how do I come across to people I have just met? I would not read this as moody. It is more useful to see it as someone who wants to protect the people they love, who feels things fast and hot and then is over it, and who comes across as calm and responsible whatever is going on inside.

In a relationship, this reading might suggest someone who looks after a partner fiercely, who flares up quickly and settles just as quickly, and who presents a composed, capable front that hides how much they feel. A partner may experience you as steady and protective, then be surprised by a sudden sharp reaction and then by how fast it passes. Try telling a partner that a flare-up is weather, not a verdict, and that you will be back in ten minutes.

The risk in this reading is a reputation for calm that cracks visibly once a year. The practical move is to leave the room for five minutes before answering anything that made you hot.

Counting qualities and elements is not a personality vote. Water, fire and earth are each represented once here, and I would not say one of them wins.
