How to Find a Trusted Psychic Online: 9 Checks
A practical checklist for checking a psychic's identity, price, service, delivery, reviews, privacy and pressure before you book online.
A trusted psychic is not someone who simply uses the word trusted in an advert. Trust comes from details you can check before paying: a named reader, a clear service, a complete price, a realistic delivery promise, visible contact information and boundaries that do not change once you have ordered.
I sell psychic readings myself, so I am not writing this as a neutral directory. I am Chaya, a fourth-generation Roma psychic medium, and this is the checklist I think every buyer should be able to use on my site or anybody else's. A polished photograph, a large following or a dramatic claim cannot replace basic commercial clarity.
1. Check who will actually read for you
The page should name the reader or explain honestly when a team works in shifts. Look for a consistent name, photograph, biography and contact route across the website, checkout and confirmation. If the listing presents one person but assigns somebody else without telling you, you cannot make an informed choice.
A stage name is not automatically a warning, and a real-looking photograph is not proof of identity. The useful question is whether the business consistently tells you who provides the service and remains reachable after payment.
2. Read the exact service, not just the headline
Trusted psychics explain what the order includes. Check the number of questions, subject, format, delivery method and whether the service is psychic guidance, tarot, astrology, mediumship or something else. Those are not interchangeable products.
Notice what is excluded too. A one-question reading is not a full life reading. A written email response is not a live call. Mediumship is an attempt to connect with somebody who has died, not a guarantee that one named person will appear. If the headline and the detailed description disagree, pause before paying.
3. Confirm the total price and currency
You should know the price, currency and complete scope before checkout. Ask whether the service is fixed price or charged by the minute. Check whether follow-up questions cost extra and whether another payment can become necessary.
The US Postal Inspection Service advises buyers to research the price, understand exactly what they will receive and ask about hidden or ongoing costs. Optional products can exist, but a reader should not turn an ordinary reading into an undisclosed series of mandatory payments.
4. Check the delivery promise
Look for a specific window such as within 48 hours, a booked appointment time or a stated number of business days. Around the clock ordering does not necessarily mean instant delivery. A responsible listing distinguishes the time when you can order from the time when the reading will arrive.
Save the listing and order confirmation. If the reading is late, those records show what was promised. If no deadline is stated, ask before paying rather than assuming the fastest possible service.
5. Read reviews without treating them as proof
Reviews can show whether orders arrived, whether the description matched the service and how the reader communicated. Look for specific comments over time and read a mixture of positive and critical feedback. Check whether the reviews belong to the same reader and same service you are considering.
No review can prove psychic ability or guarantee your result. A wall of perfect ratings is not enough on its own. On this site, the client reviews page identifies its sources so you can understand where the feedback came from.
6. Reject guarantees that cannot be checked
No psychic can responsibly guarantee one hundred percent accuracy, a fixed future, a reunion, a pregnancy, a legal result or contact with a particular person in spirit. A prediction can sound certain and still be wrong. Another person's private thoughts cannot be verified simply because a reader states them confidently.
A trustworthy reader can explain their interpretation and limits. They should not require you to accept every statement, keep buying until the answer changes or ignore real-world evidence.
7. Walk away from fear, secrecy and escalating payments
The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre warns about psychic solicitations that begin with an initial fee and escalate into demands for more money, including threats involving collections or curses. The problem is not a spiritual vocabulary by itself. It is fear being used to force further payment.
The US Federal Trade Commission lists unexpected contact, pressure to hurry and demands for hard-to-reverse payment methods as common scam signs. Stop if somebody says:
- You have a curse, blockage or trapped spirit that only another payment can remove.
- You must decide immediately or something bad will happen.
- You must hide the reading or payment from people you trust.
- You must use gift cards, cryptocurrency, a wire transfer or another unusual method.
- The work already purchased will fail unless you pay for the next stage.

8. Protect your personal information
A reading may ask for a name, date of birth, question and limited context. Mediumship may also ask for the loved one's name and relationship. That does not justify requests for passwords, banking access, identity documents, one-time security codes or photographs of payment cards.
Read the privacy policy and use the contact route shown on the official site. If a social account messages you unexpectedly, return to the website yourself rather than using a payment link sent in the message.
9. Start with the smallest service that fits
You do not need the most expensive listing to ask one clear question. Compare the scope and choose the smallest service that actually fits what you want. My psychic reading cost guide shows the current formats, prices and delivery windows in one place.

Questions to ask before booking a psychic
- Who will complete my reading?
- What exactly will I receive?
- How many questions are included?
- What is the total price and currency?
- When and how will it arrive?
- Are follow-ups included or separately priced?
- What can the reading not guarantee?
- How can I contact the business if it does not arrive?
How Chaya's written reading answers those checks
My Psychic Reading by Chaya costs CA$28, covers up to three related questions and is delivered in writing by email within 48 hours. The product page names me as the reader and states the information required before checkout. It is spiritual interpretation for reflection, not proof of hidden thoughts or a guaranteed outcome.
You can also read how the online psychic reading works, see the separate online tarot reader format, compare prices, check reviews or leave without ordering. A reader who deserves your trust should make room for that choice.
