The Queen of Wands as Feelings: Confident, Warm and Not Waiting
The Queen of Wands holds a sunflower with a black cat at her feet. Here is what I would read when she appears as someone's feelings, and why she rarely hides them.
If you want the short answer, I would read the Queen of Wands as feelings that are confident, warm and openly held. In a feelings position the card suggests the person likes you, knows it, and is not inclined to pretend otherwise. It does not tell you the feeling is exclusive or settled. Queens of Wands are generous with warmth and clear about what they want.
This is a card of feeling with its chin up. If you are looking for subtle signs, you are looking too hard. She will tell you.
The Queen of Wands upright as feelings
Tina Gong's the Queen of Wands guide at Labyrinthos associates the upright card with confidence, independence, warmth and determination. When the card lands in a position that asks how someone feels about you, I read those meanings as the shape of the feeling rather than as a verdict on the person.
Upright, I read the Queen of Wands as a person who feels attracted to you and treats the attraction as something to act on rather than agonise over. They are warm, direct and a little magnetic, and they expect to be met with the same.
What I would not read into it is need. The Queen of Wands wants you and does not need you, and some people find that difficult. She will not chase, and she will not wait around either.
What the card does not tell you
The card does not confirm that the person is looking for a relationship rather than enjoying the connection, that their warmth is yours alone, or that they will slow down if you do. No card lets a reader check a real person's private feelings. What a card can do is give you an honest picture of the feeling you are hoping for or fearing, and a prompt to compare it with how the person actually behaves.
The Queen of Wands reversed as feelings
Reversed, the Queen of Wands is often read as jealousy, insecurity, or a demanding, controlling streak. As feelings, I read the reversal as warmth that has gone possessive, or as confidence that has cracked into a need to be reassured, with the person testing you rather than enjoying you.
In your own question, ask which fits. Has the person become watchful or jealous in a way they did not used to be? Or has their openness turned into pressure? A reversed card is a prompt to notice which of those is true from what you can see, not a diagnosis of the other person.
The Queen of Wands as an ex's feelings
Asked about an ex, the Queen of Wands can suggest they still feel the pull and, if they want to act on it, will make that plain. The upside is that you will not be left guessing. The downside is the same: if they have not reached out, the card suggests that is their answer. My guide to asking a psychic whether an ex will come back explains what a reading can and cannot say about that question.
The Queen of Wands as a new person's feelings
For someone new, this is an encouraging card: they like you and will show it. Match the directness. Coyness reads to a Queen of Wands as lack of interest, and she will move on without rancour.
What to watch for in their behaviour
Look for openness and initiative: they invite, they compliment plainly, they are visibly pleased to see you and do not perform indifference. A Queen of Wands feeling is public. If it is being hidden, read the card reversed or read a different card.
What to record before drawing again
Keep three short notes: the question you asked, how openly the person has shown interest, and whether you have met it or hung back. The third note decides what happens next with this card. Another draw will mostly reflect the same sunflower.
For comparison, the Queen of Cups as feelings and the King of Wands as feelings describe different feelings.
